Leveraging our established healthcare relationships with Piedmont Healthcare, Emory Healthcare, and Wellstar, a group of doctors had an idea to develop a stand-alone medical office complex for individual healthcare practices. Having never even been involved in any prior construction development, the doctor group leaned heavily on our team to guide the process.
BDR served as the strategic facility planner and project manager on this 2-story, 45,000 SF Medical Office Building located in Braselton, GA. This serves as the first of two buildings to be situated on this parcel of land. Our team assisted in the finical performance development, managed the construction financing, provided design-build oversight, assisted in the leasing and tenant improvements of the individual spaces, and provided overall project leadership.
