BDR Partners served as the Program Manager under a joint venture relationship with CM partner of Synergy Development Partners, LLC. The team provided comprehensive program management services from the initial programming phase through Owner occupancy. During the programming phase, BDR worked with the team to achieve a 20 percent additional program scope while continuing to meet the project budget. Through due diligence during the preconstruction phase, the project team was able to deliver the project to the Owner with zero-dollar change orders. The project is being recognized throughout the United States as a prototype model for integrated facility care.
This 33,000 SF facility represents one of the first program models to integrate public health with mental health and preventative care. Specific programs and amenities include OB/GYN, primary care, dental services, immunization services, communicable disease intervention, WIC/nutrition education, behavioral health counseling, library/resource center, childcare drop off, workforce development services, and housing assistance. The facility will also be a health-oriented campus and will include a Farmer’s Market, walking tracks, and a public plaza with a community garden.
