Located on approximately 9 acres of land in metro Atlanta, BDR managed the construction of Woodson Park Academy and an Early Learning Center. This was a multi-stakeholder initiative that included The Grove Park Foundation; The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc.; KIPP Independent Schools; and Atlanta Public Schools.
Operated by KIPP Independent Schools under the Partnership School Mode, the 4-story, 115,000 SF Academy includes classrooms for grades K-8, cafeteria and full kitchen, media center, band room, gymnasium with a stage, locker rooms, and an administrative suite.
The 25,000 SF Early Learning Center includes classrooms, a wellness component, community rooms and a community healthcare clinic. It is operated by the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc.
