From the new parking deck, the two-story lobby of Barge Commons greets visitors with a state of the art 21’ wide video wall that displays custom video graphics and content. The new building houses a number of the schools departments and organizations; the Office of Institutional Advancement, Admissions, The Glenn Institute and Center for Teaching. In addition the building includes a cafe, chapel, two board rooms, six classrooms, a 200 person lecture hall, a catering kitchen and a campus spirit store. The focus of Barge Commons was not only to act as an academic building, but to be utilized by the school to engage the local community and City of Atlanta.
