Carrollton, GA
Construction of a three-story, 64,300 SF business classroom building on 1.7 acres of land

The new College of Business Building at the University of West Georgia will serve to combine the Richards College of Business faculty, staff, and students into a single state-of-the-art learning environment. The building will contain flexible learning spaces, a professional business hub for experiential learning, student group study areas, a Management Information System lab, faculty offices, and a Dean’s Suite intended to foster a sense of community among all stakeholders.

The College of Business Building is located on a site currently occupied by Watson Residence Hall which will be demolished as part of the project. The site is located in a prominent location on campus adjacent to Maple Street, the academic quadrangle, and the Carrollton Pedestrian Greenbelt.

BDR served as the program manager through the completion and approval of the 100% construction documents.
